Supplies needed:
PSP 7 and up
PTU Scrapkit by Urban Mermaid Designs available here
Tube of choice
I am using the lovely artwork of Ana Rasha
Her work can be seen here

After downloading her kit open UMD_FDSu_Paper4
Copy and close this
Seamless tiling default
Copy

Open a new 500 X 450 Raster Image

Selections -> Select All
Edit -> Paste -> Paste Into Selection
Selections -> Select None

New Raster Layer

Open UMD_FDSu_Tree
Copy
Go back to your image
Paste as New Selection and deselect

Open UMD_FDSu_Frame1
Resize 115%, Copy
Go back to your image
Paste as New Selection and deselect

Open UMD_FDSu_Bow
Copy
Go back to your image
Paste as New Selection at the top of the frame and deselect

Open your tube of choice
Resize as needed
Go back to your image
Paste as New Selection and deselect

Open UMD_FDSu_Element2
Resize to 50%
Rotate Left
Copy
Go back to your image
Paste as New Selection on bottom right and deselect
Go back to UMD_FDSu_Element2
Mirror
Copy
Go back to your image
Paste as New Selection on bottom right and deselect

Open UMD_FDSu_Flower3
Copy
Go back to your image
Paste as New Selection on bottom right and deselect


Open UMD_FDSu_Flower4
Copy
Go back to your image
Paste as New Selection on bottom right and deselect

Image -> Add Borders
5 on all points
Okay

The Font I used to finish is SA Dots
